Support coordination is provided to NDIS participants that need some help to make the best use of the funded supports in their plan. It is a capacity building support which helps you to understand your plan, your funding and how to use these to work towards your goals. Support Coordination should build your skills and knowledge to connect with providers and build your confidence and knowledge.
Yes, whether you are agency, plan or self managed we can assist.
Yes, we can still consider your needs and your available funding areas, and provide you with some advice e.g. for ways to maximise your funding, seek reviews and additional funding etc.
Nikki Gordon has lived experience as a mother of a (now adult) child with a disability and has felt every bump in the road of her son’s disability journey. She has experienced the breakthroughs but has also faced some very difficult times navigating a system that is not always as user friendly as it could be.
Jordan and Belinda also have significant lived experience as siblings of a person with a disability and mothers of children with additional needs.
